Acceptance

EzDiet is operated by Jfleites Medical LLC. By accessing EzDiet or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Who may use EzDiet

EzDiet is offered for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use EzDiet. It is not directed to children. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials secure.

What EzDiet does

EzDiet generates personalized grocery recommendations and shopping lists using the health conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, household details, retailer preference, and budget you provide. Guidance is evidence-informed and general in nature.

EzDiet is an informational product. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services, and it does not replace individualized advice from a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition or a question about changing your diet, speak with an appropriate professional. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services — do not use EzDiet.

Allergies, dietary restrictions, and product labels

EzDiet applies your allergen and dietary selections to product selection and excludes products when the available evidence does not support them. Even so, product formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing practices change, and retailer or manufacturer data can be incomplete or out of date.

You are responsible for reading the actual package label before purchasing or consuming any product. If a package conflicts with what EzDiet shows, follow the package and do not buy or eat the product.

Product, price, and availability information

Product details, nutrition information, prices, and availability come from third-party retailer and product-data sources and can change without notice. Amounts shown in EzDiet are estimates for planning and are not a quote or an offer to sell.

• The retailer's price at checkout controls, not the price shown in EzDiet.
• Inventory and availability are determined by the retailer, not by EzDiet.
• Taxes, delivery or pickup fees, tips, promotions, and retailer substitutions are not reflected in EzDiet totals.

Third-party retailers and services

EzDiet works with third-party retailers and product-data services so you can act on your list. These are independent third parties. EzDiet is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by any retailer, and references to a retailer's name are for identification only.

When you continue to a retailer's website, app, or account, that retailer's own terms and privacy practices apply to what happens there, including your order, payment, fulfillment, substitutions, returns, and support. EzDiet does not control and is not responsible for those services.

Changes you make to your cart

Your initial cart is built around the budget and needs you provided. When you swap, remove, or add items, the total can change, and EzDiet does not automatically rebalance the cart back to your original budget. Please review the total before you shop.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use;
• scrape, bulk-extract, resell, or redistribute EzDiet content or product data;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the service;
• reverse-engineer the service except where that restriction is unenforceable by law;
• use EzDiet unlawfully or to provide medical advice to others.

Intellectual property

EzDiet, including its software, branding, recommendation logic, and written content, is owned by EzDiet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use EzDiet's name or brand. Third-party product names and retailer marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes

EzDiet is offered as a beta product and may change. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable at times, including because a third-party provider is unavailable. We will try to give notice of material changes when practical.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzDiet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that recommendations, nutrition data, prices, or availability will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzDiet and the people who work on it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or substitute goods, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to EzDiet is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using EzDiet at any time and may request account deletion by emailing drfleitesjr@ezdiet.app. We may suspend or end access to accounts that misuse the service or create risk for other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law and venue

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to EzDiet will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Jfleites Medical LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continuing to use EzDiet after that means you accept the update.
